Revelation chapters 4 and 5 give a glimpse of the heavenly throne room, with the emerald rainbow encircled throne, twenty-four elders, four living creatures—each with six wings (the first like a lion, the second like a calf, the third like a man, and the fourth like an eagle). A book sealed with seven seals is presented to the sacrificial lamb who has earned the right to open the seven seals.
